Just for the sake of clarity, Washington isn’t exactly a “place”, so much as it was a “person”. And believe me, General Petraeus really doesn’t want to “go” there, if you know what I mean *wink* *wink*. He’ll be much happier on the continent of Iraq next to the ruler of Dubai.
