I wonder when, if ever, we are going to see each other as human beings first, made in the image of a God who loves us and treasures us–and wants us to treasure each other. Or are we going to continue to hold up our list of wrongs, big and small, real and perceived, which we have all done to each other–never forgiving and never healing, but holding hatred in our hearts like a torch that gets passed from one to another and never dies. Lee and Wright are foolish men, filled with anger–not with the love of God. May God forgive them and turn their hearts around.
