The REALLY scary aspect of this “diversity” indoctrination is that it CONTINUES ON in the Corporate World. If you challenge or try to opt out of the program you can lose your job. Or, maybe even worse, you get to keep your job but are stigmatized, harassed and marginalized for the rest of your career.
Programs for diversity “training” or “awareness” are, of course, thinly veiled vehicles for forcing people of non-color to believe and accept that they are solely to blame for racial discrimination.
