Canada does not have the Illegal alien problem we have, nor the ghettos and our insane malpractice legal system. And we consider a preemie born at 28 weeks who dies as an “infant death” which hurts our statistics while other countries would call that child a “miscarriage”. Different statistics, different rankings. And if the Canadian system is so wonderful, why are so many of their doctors and nurses moving here?
