DId you sleep through the first part of the movie? The movie showed DANIELS SONS REAL FATHER GET KILLED IN THE WELL. I loved the movie and thought of Daniel as a true American spirt. I thought it showed what it means to be a man who prides himself on work. The bond between man and child is formed by time not blood. I can’t believe you are a film critic and missed the death of his real father! Your an idot!
