If one wants to get a grasp on national politics under the ‘new and improved’ obama administration, watch Chicago. Daley announced this week that he ‘tried’ to talk his nephew out of doing the corrupt tango unsuccessfully. Lefties bought the whole story, apparently unaware that nothing happens in Chicago without Daley’s approval.
(Side note: The real estate venture headed by Daley’s nephew leased property purchased with city pension money to the city at a slightly higher rate than previously paid . . . ten times higher!)
