Mr. Navarette, sorry pal I’m not intimidated.

Institutionalized discrimination against mostly working class and middle class white people is immoral and against the 14th amendment making it a crime.

No I don’t agree with with discriminationg against wealthy white people either but the working and middle class white population shoulder the biggest burden of the racial discrimination that you so cherish.

Sotomayor did not just make some off the cuff remark about race and I could care less about an apology. Her racialist views permeate her entire career and are the sole basis and reason for her nomination.

She is not only unfit but also unqualified. She is neither the brightest nor the best as well.

No Mr Navarette, I don’t want an apology and I don’t want a racist on the SCOTUS.

What I do want is an end to institutionalized discrimination against my family and my race. The people that you and others callously refer to as “whites”.

Try European Americans.
