Oh, Shadow… let me illuminate your darkness. It will mean I have to slightly rearrange your comment at 26: You confuse what Obama said with what is happening in some Arab countries.
But allow me to extend it: You confuse what Obama said with what is happening in some Arab countries, and increasingly in the west.
You see, my friend, saying nice things to people sometimes isn’t enough. And saying inaccurate and foolish things often does even less good. I understand you believe that Hussein is a noble man, but equally perhaps you can begin to understand why a lot of people think he is vain, self-centered and inconsiderate of people.
And that failure to regard people properly includes women, who are at the root of this discussion here.
