“Who said election of the first black president would make race less relevant in America?”
It most certainly was not me. I saw almost immediately that Barack Obama was a race hustler taking advantage of white guilt. He was obviously a shallow and poorly read man who would not be taken seriously if here were not “a man of color.” Obama also successfully manipulated fairly conservative individuals like John McCain, Charles Murray and Jeffrey Hart. He will set back race relations in the United States at least twenty years.
Obama is not really a victim of racism. He was born in 1961—and not 1951! This makes a huge difference. Most of the legitimate goals of the civil rights movement were already achieved by the time he entered his teen years. Moreover, Obama was a solidly middle class yuppie during this time period and lived in Hawaii, not Mississippi. He had it made. It is bizarre that so many people consider Obama to a be a heroic figure who has overcame numerous obstacles. The exact opposite is actually the truth of the matter.
