Regarding the coins falling out of the pocket. There exist quite a lot of pants with so called “coin catchers”, i.e. pockets with the shape of a horn that keeps the money from falling out when seated. Otherwise most pockets in men’s pants are deep which keep thing from falling out. But why not just keep your change in the wallet? No reason to keep money separated in two places 
Sometimes I don’t bother to take out the wallet just to put back a few coins, but then it’s of such a little value anyway that it does not matter if they fall out of the pocket, and they will be taken out when I come home.
