Here’s a question? A young girl goes to Dr. Tiller and has a late term abortion, say, 25 weeks. And another young girl gives birth, say, to a 25 week baby, in the bathroom at her school and leaves the baby in the trash can. Under current law and the argument of the left, why is the girl in the bathroom charged with murder and the abortion not?
