This has been a text book example of using Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals. Blame O’Reilly for his “honesty”. Create the crisis even if you need to lie and distort the truth. He has to be guilty because some one said he was. What sheep we have become.
It is also amazing that few have mentioned Obama’s influence in this unfortunate situation. He voted for the law that allowed late term abortion and denied the chance of a fetus which was viable to receive medical help which might save his life. NO ONE has called him to task for making what Tiller did legal under the law. He is just as guilty if you want to throw guilt around. I think abortion is a medical procedure between a patient and doctor. As Obama has said, we may not agree but we must respect one another’s opinions. He had the nerve to say this in front of an audience whose relegion is against abortion. And received adulation.
Tiller’s first allegiance was to his patient and to his profession and oath to protect that patient.
Tiller did what he did for his patient – a woman in need of a late term abortion. I imagine they had to search their consciences in order to go ahead. I don’t know what I’d do if it came down to my life or the child I had been carrying for so long. It would not be an easy decision. How dare anyone make it for me.
If you are upset, then write a letter to Obama telling him you oppose abortion. You should have looked more closely at Palin’s record to see how the media smeared her.
