Well, that’s because Sotomayer is a racist who from her position in the courts is helping to uphold government enforced racism in violation of the law.
Naturally, the Democrats love her, because their party has been doing that ever since the civil war, so she fits right in with their governing philosophy and their proud Jim Crow tradition.
