“What happens to society when all the city dwellers become refugees out of the sheer terror of getting caught in a city when a bomb goes off? What happens to the infrastructure of the country?”
Those with transportation, supplies, a plan and a destination will head for the hills (think conservatives). For the rest (lefties) just think New Orleans after Katrina but multiply.
