Mortalyn, you say “The underreporting of the media on this war is an understatement. Basically, they grab a camera, stand in front of a building, and start blabbing. Then you get a clip or two of a guy on the street.” I tend to agree; however, a big part of the reason is that so many areas of the country are not safe for journalists to move about unfettered and unrestricted. Hard to believe I’d be saying that five years after the declaration that major combat operations are over.
