The only evidence you’ve shown me of any intimidation is an affidavit that was not submitted to the court. In other words – there was no evidence of any crime before the court.
Moreover, nobody came forward to claim that they were intimidated or blocked from voting – not one person.
If anybody had been intimidated, threatened, coerced – or if someone had clearly attempted to do so – there would be a case here. But that’s not what happened.
Given that nobody had any rights violated, the decision is completely fair. Your lack of intestinal fortitude is thankfully not shared by the justice department.
Freedom of speech and association are rights, too. Not to be taken lightly.
