I prefer reading fiction as well.
Does Jeffrey Toobin praise Ruth Bader Ginsberg when she falls asleep on the bench ?
Does he think the insane Kelo decision was a good move ?
Or the court’s decision (based on looking past the Constitution to “enlightened” European precedent) that a murderer under 18 years of age could never meet the same fate as those he slaughtered ?
