Seems like Professor Hart is saying that he doesn’t mind if his students cheat on tests, as long as they’re careful to copy off the paper of a really clever classmate.
In fact, they probably needn’t show up for class at all, as long as they get some nice intelligent robots to take their places.
Presumably, paradise for him would be if each one turns in a term paper that is a copy of something he himself has previously written.
It would, of course, be politically incorrect to mention any of this.
