I didn’t notice anywhere in the comments that the link the “comedienne” was apparently making with regard to the kidney disease (being wished on Rush) had to do with the fact that Osama bin Laden apparently has suffered with some type of terminal kidney disease during his years on the run.
The wish for kidney failure for Rush was an expansion of her statement identifying him as another Osama bin Laden.
