No, he is not. Eliot Spitzer’s father is the one with the five hundred million dollars. The son is worth far less—and that is why more serious questions must be asked concerning the reported eighty thousand dollars he spent on prostitutes. Where did he get this money?
Left-wingers often believe that they are above the laws and mores of the common folk. After all, are they not also self sacrificing altruists unlike those rapacious capitalists? The original Mayor Richard Daily was one of the most corrupt politicians in American history. And yet, he attended church services virtually everyday of his life. He apparently had no problem rationalizing away his behavior. Spitzer is simply another one of a long list of Democratic Party politicians who behave in this manner.
