Paradoctor has an excellent point. I also found it interesting that U.S. Senator David Vitter (R-LA) has not been mentioned this entire thread. He, like Spitzer, is a moral crusader, though Vitter focuses on family values, like abstinence only sex education. When Vitter’s dalliances with prostitutes were unearthed, he stayed in office. Folks on this thread who are outraged at Spitzer ought to explain why Vitter deserves less.
