Are you suggesting that a politician engaged in criminal activity should be tipped off, and simply be told to stop it?
That’s one of the major problems in this country: if you’re connected, you get a free pass.
This case will show whether or not we’re all equal under the law. Because if the FBI had caught an ordinary working American breaking the law like Spitzer did, does anyone believe they would be given just a tip and a warning?
