The leftist establishment don’t really think we are in a war to the death against Islamic nihilism. Push them to the wall and ask them this question: how should we have treated the Nazis during WWII? Aren’t today’s Muslim extremists as dangerous as Hitler’s thugs? No, they are convinced that the war on terror is a scam job—and possibly even a racist attack on dark skinned minorities.
