8. Since when has torture been redefined as methods that cause visible bodily harm? Of course, there are reams of evidence that those who were tortured in Gitmo indeed suffered physical harm. Unless you think that the Red Cross and all the former interregators who have given statements are all lying.
By the way, any doctor who participates in an interregation that requires their services to prevent the suspect from actually dying should have their license pulled.
