Ask any Amercian who has been to Britain in recent years. Anti-American hatred is alive and well in Britain.
What a load of rubbish. I live in the UK and am an American. I rarely encounter anti-Americanism and I have been living here for a very long time.
There is an anti-American left in the UK; but besides a certain ethnic minority, Britain as a whole is not anti-American. It would help if you get out of London. The Guardian and The Independent newspapers do not speak for all Britons.
