The British are the masters of flowery words and hidden meanings. Obama is as transparent to them as he is to Americans who can tell the difference between a good presentation style and a well-hidden but thoroughly rotten policy. Obama is a good person to have in the senate where he can communicate his ideas however he wants and have his true intentions understood by other smooth talkers. The average person, on the other hand, seems completely unable to see the writing on the wall. I’m disappointed in my fellow countrymen for not being able to smell a rat when one is so obviously cuddling up to them.
