I think you miss the point. The illusionary savings is not a joke, it’s is the president that is the joke. For over one hundred days Obama, in-country or on foreign junkets, has been practicing the toddi defense; the other dude did it! It was all those other president’s fault for the robbing, raping, and pillaging of the third world, starting with genocidal Washington–although Jimmy Carter and Lincoln is apparently excluded from that lineup. It has been good for laughs. Obama’s cool too, just like recalcitrant Cool Hand Luke confronting that pathological southern prison camp warden when he say’s “What we have here is a failure to communicate.” Over coming our alleged failures to communicate in the past, Obama is the new northern warden promising a new compassionate zoo where the lions and sheep can lay down in sweet peace and reason. All it takes for achieving heaven on earth is serial groveling to our former enemies while our former friends are treated as pariahs. It’s good that Israel probably has several bombs, South Vietnam was not so fortunate during that 70′s decade of the great American debasement. Like those returning Vietnam era vets treatment by Hollywood, apparently returning veterans of the defunct “war on terror” will get to take their place in the liberal pantheon of dangerous and homicidal racist bigots, threatening to run amok with all those growing conservative domestic terrorist groups. It’s hard to be the President from Saturday Night Live.
