If you think you have a real case you’re going to have to examine a voting record like Specter’s and compare his stated philosophies with the requirements of realpolitik. You’re either a moron or a child if you think that government can be operated solely from a purist philosophical standpoint and not compromise. Specter may well trade all sorts of votes for social stuff he’s not a believer in so that he gets his way for defense issues. And he would be right to do so. You have not shown this to not be the case, and like most of your bedfellows you simply regurgitate whatever simplistic mantra has been fed to you by the likes of Limbaugh. Even parrots have better sense than that.
