The problem with Ms. Mccain’s hypotheses on the Republican party is that the Party is in its’ current state because of the very views she espouses. We have become a party which stands for nothing. We appear willing to do anything or say anything to get elected. Furthermore, all of this posturing about the Republican Party becoming a regional party is pure fantasy. The death of the Republican Party will only happen if the party continues to listen to the media and the Democrat Party about how we should run our party. All the Republicans need to do is listen to the American people. Historically, the American people (regardless of age, religion, etc.) have supported smaller government, lower taxes, strong military, no outside interference, fiscal and social common sense, and honesty. When the Republican Party realize this, they will quit pandering to every special interest group and every demographic of the country. We are all Americans and we all share similar goals for a strong, free, and stable America. Ms. McCain should take her Dad’s hand and they should all retire from politics and pandering.
