I just downloaded a memo from the National Memo Analysis Center:
“Be wary of the dissemination of memos from fat, frumpy, short-haired Bureaucrats named Janet. Should you receive a memo as described, take the following precautions:
1. If you are a leader of a fringe religious group, it is imperative that your “place of worship” be fitted with fire extinguishers and that no exits be barred.
2. Should you own property adjoining the Mexican border, it would be prudent to build/install water fountains, a bountiful garden of fresh produce, and have adequate restroom facilities with Spanich signage.”
