Heuristics for Dummies (and vivo)…
The Constitution and the American way of life are not heuristic. Radical, unlawful federal intrusions, and actions that are harmful to the people and States are to be opposed. That’s an order from the founders of our law. If you choose to ignore your duty to protect and defend our Constitution, what does that make you?
By the way, vivo, can you name a socialist country that outshines American freedom, productivity, and quality of life? You should emigrate there at once…they have what you seek. They will place you in a suitable profession, and only require 96.5% of your income in taxes. You must surrender your personal liberty as well, for the collective good, of course. You will go willingly and love it there, I just know it, they even supply toilet paper toting government attendants to administer to your wiping needs from cradle to grave. This utopia is just around the corner.
Back to the topic, lessons of the past. To increase the effectiveness of the (70′s and Carter) comparison when arguing policy, we need a derogatory reference association. How about a RottenPeanut and RazzBarry sandwich? PeanutSputter and StrawBarry? OK, I’m out.
