Rubicon, not all gays vote in lock step with the Democratic Party. I should know. I am gay & voted Republican for most of my adult life. I’m one of those gay conservatives & you would not know I was gay unless I told you if we ever met. I don’t flaunt it.
I find the gays who do flaunt it very boring & one note. So when they yell “I’m gay!” I’m thinking that’s nice, but what else do you do? If all they do is be gay as all of their existence, they just don’t get my attention in any way. I write them off.
