Who benefits? how about the Muslim dictatorships who have used this situation for decades to distract their subjects? Note that this was WAY before Bush arrived on the scene.
As for the media? why does it surprise anyone that they are liars. Israel should ignore them and eliminate this threat the only way that works: kill until the threat is gone. Give up or die, who cares?
