Texas is a unique place with a unique attitude. I was there for 3 years in the middle ’80s. I always thought the Texas’ litter campaign summed the state up perfectly. No “Give a hoot, don’t pollute.” or “Litter is (unl)awful.” For Texas, It’s a couple of big football players saying, “Don’t Mess With Texas.”
