#21 I have been advocating for a few years here in RI that we vote for NO INCUMBENT for at least three election cycles. This would rid us of the incompetents, idiots, 30 and 40 year careerists, and the just plain crooked bastards that now inhabit the congress, ALL of them. It is a very simple thing to do. Then when the new guy gets to Washington, fire ALL previous staff in each senator and Reps office. I’m sure there are enough smart people that could pick up on how to do the daily routine for the new guy. Maybe that’s the problem, too much “routine” and not enough innovation.
