Here in Massachusetts, The state Supreme Court legalized gay marriage a couple years ago. The legislature voted down a petition to put the matter before the voters. They didn’t want “discrimination” to be written into the constitution.
Uh huh.
So marriage is a “right” claimed by the state’s homosexuals. How long before the polygamists win a court ruling that they can’t be discriminated against, either? Can you say “equal protection under the law”?
I’ll bet real money the first state to recognize polygamy as legitimate will be Massachusetts. Any takers?
