If the law of the land in the US is to be obeyed, then all men will be allowed to take up to four wives. And if welfare will take care of ‘em if the man can’t, good.
Opposition to polygamy is nothing more than the phalocentric, pro-Western, male-dominated, second-citizenizing American culture at work.
Polygamy is freedom. Particularly for men. If the partiarchs and kings of the Old Testament were afforded it, why shouldn’t modern men – even if we can’t afford it?!
No special treatment for polygamists! End bigamy laws! Cats and dogs living together!
