That was funny. The second scenario perfectly illustrated what the stats Sawyer left out prove: guns in the hands of private citizens are more often used to prevent crime. How does junk like that get called journalism?
Unfortunately Sawyer is winning the cultural debate because the Left owns and dominates every cultural center of power. I just had this conversation with a good friend who is a card carrying leftist hippie. She just doesn’t understand the mindset. She is decent enough to admit that my point of view has more facts and reason behind it, but she thinks the “evolution” of society is moving us away from the independent armed citizen. She was also honest enough to admit that this is not what the Founders wanted for America, but it what she wants and where our culture is moving.
