Hmmm. U.S. manufacturing is doing fine, where it isn’t it’s because states have raised taxes, and “very few states have done a good job of keeping their residents’ tax burdens under control.” Somehow that does not compute.
Even if everything said in the post were correct (and virtually nothing is), it would still follow that with each passing year, it will be more and more difficult for the average person to snag a job in manufacturing, which historically pays better and has better benefits.
If that isn’t a campaign issue, I don’t know what is.
