Research has pointed out the obvious: multiple wives for rich guys leaves the average males frustrated and aggressive, perfect cannon fodder for whatever jihad or other stupidity is going. It’s a social organization left over from the days of nomadic raiders. And it deprives the economy of the statistically number one booster of progress and plenty: educated women.
