I was 7 years old when the revolution started in Iran, my family finally left when I was 11 years old. We left everything behind. I miss my neighborhood, I miss my house where I grew up in. I miss my friends and school mates. I hope that one day I can return to Iran and just walk the streets where I played and grew up in.
Maybe when I’m old and gray haired I’ll get the chance. I’ve sent this to my sister and my parents, even though I’ve lived outside of Iran for the majority of my life, I still miss Iran.
