Yes, Real Americans do support their president, but to what end? When he performs well so does the nation, and when he SCREWS UP it screws us up too. Which is why it pains me to see him commit so many unforced errors so early in his presidency.
Real Americans also have a social obligation to know their history. No president has bowed before anyone – since John Adams – and certainly not before any temporal power!
