Jerr, those banks issued those loans because they wanted to increase their market share and possible profits, not because they were forced by CRA guidelines, which they were not subject to in the first place. — mvfreeman
Obviously mvfreeman doesn’t pay much attention to Acts of Congress. And there’s probably a good reason for that…..something to do with having graduated from high school sometime after 1980.
