HERE is some additional insight into the results of the Binghamton police department’s slow response.

I find the report of the ‘medical examiner’ rather interesting.

“Nobody could have been saved, even if the police had walked in the door that first minute,” said Broome County District Attorney Gerald Mollen. He based his statement on reports from medical examiners that described the victims’ injuries as so severe that none could have been saved even if they had received prompt medical care. — Jack Dunphy

I have to wonder….

….were all the fatalities head-shots or one-through-the-heart?

I wonder how good a shot the perp was in the first place. And I wonder if we’ll see the autopsies of the victims to know if he was THAT good a shot. Especially as the latter victims would have been running around in panic, i.e., moving targets.
