Isn’t the term for this “blaming the victim”?
I think part of the problem lies rooted in the inability of some to believe that women carry their own share of human inadequacy. For many, it remains an item of faith that if a woman does something wrong, a man has made her do it.
The stand-up comics are all wrong; women understand men scarcely better than men women. Communication is confused by the different goals of communicating as well as by the different weight placed on individual words. The result is chaos unless specific care is made to be charitable to one another. This charity is lacking on both sides, it’s just more socially acceptable for one and not the other.
