Actually, our resident Blue Lemming Dave isn’t an idiot – just willfully delusional. He’s no different from all the other socialists who think we live under a Constitution that gives career criminals in government the authority to seize half of the fruits of one’s efforts and/or wealth so they can use it to further their own political agenda or hand it over to someone who didn’t earn it (but I repeat myself).
He appears to believe that jurisprudence to date supports this.
Dave has also convinced himself – all evidence to the contrary – that tyranny “is, by nature, a right-wing system”. He desperately, erroneously conflates “classical liberal” and “leftist” so he can claim that “leftist ≠ authoritarian” and openly claims that stop-loss and the draft are slavery.
He ignores the jurisprudence to date that contradicts this.
It’s like bad comedy. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a more consistently self-deluded individual posting on this site.
The other possibility, at least based on Einstein’s guidance, is that David S is simply insane.
