Right on the money. The violence on TV and movies is appalling. It is like a boomerang. Some people call it Karma.
But the tension has been exacerbated by the recession, the lost of jobs, and the political tugging. When people lose faith in the future, a stressful situation can cause them to snap.
Now, it is almost a daily phenomenon. Sometimes it is what law enforcement calls “suicide by cop”.
