Perhaps lost in the Barack Obama wipeout of Hillary Clinton (right now, I’m projecting Obama getting 42 of the 74 delegates) is a shocking result in the 3rd and 7th Congressional Districts on the Republican side. At last check of the by-district results from AP, Mike Huckabee is up in both districts by a couple hundred votes. The 3 Republican district delegates (per district) are awarded in a winner-take-all scenario.
