Wade Rathke, the head of ACORN seems to have less problems with embezzlement than Pat J does. He covered for his own brother’s $1 million theft from the organiztion.

ACORN may have made this charge against Moncrief, but whether it’s true or not, I couldn’t say as she’s never been tried for it. Rathke’s theft has been acknowledged as has the organization’s efforts to cover it up.
