You know, after reading a bunch of the anti-Ron Paul comments here, and the arguments made against him, I can only say that I truly feel sorry for those ignorant souls on this board.
And I say this sincerely, because you all have no idea what is heading our way. You honestly think that terrorists are our biggest threat. You honestly think that it is the job of the USA to keep peace and order around the globe, regardless of the fact that we have no moreal justification to do so, let alone the resources.
There are so many glaring examples of atrocities that our government has turned away from because there was no benefit to the establishment to intervene, yet you all still swallow the idea that we needed to overthrow Saddam Hussein to “liberate the Iraqi people”. Are you all really this naive?
If you’re a Republican who trusts your party, you’ve been duped. If you’re a Democrat who trusts your party, you’ve been duped. If you want to understand how you’ve been duped, just ask any 1 of the many Ron Paul supporters who were R’s or D’s, and ask them what it was that made them a die-hard RP supporter. There is a very distinct reason that none of you have seen yet. Trust me, I was one of you for a very long time. You all still think the enemy is who our government claims they are protecting us from. The truth is that our government IS the enemy. If you don’t believe me, educate yourself. I’m not trying to insult anyone, and I’m truly saddened by the villafication of a man who has dedicated his life to helping others. Not only as a doctor, but as a Congresman who understands the real dangers we face.
If you do nothing else this election cycle, search for any 1 of those items above and maybe you’ll begin to see what we’re dealing with. If you don’t, America will founder. She’s taking on a lot of water right now, and she won’t hold out much longer. Don’t take my word for it, educate yourself.
